No real conclusion By Imho Readers should know that the storyline of this extremely short novella, which takes about 30 minutes to read, is continued in another book that apparently is not yet available on Kindle. This book ends abruptly after a sweet but thin romantic story. There is very little plot, action, or even dialog. It centers on the thoughts of the h and H and there is little substance there.

I liked where the plot was going, but isn't it cheating to stop on the edge/ I don't think I'll bother to read the next one, because I was disappointed by how the author wrote a teaser.The story is really going to be about the spoiled widowed cousin...Not a way to build loyalty.

By Kathleen Charon I love to read Christmas stories to escape from the hectic Christmas season and novellas are perfect because there is less time commitment. This story was everything that I was looking for, a happy mood, a lovely escape from the modern world and developed characters who I could relate to. I cannot express more how much I enjoyed this sweet Regency escape!
